我的E-課堂旨於以一系列的課程協助學生在高中階段逐漸探索及鞏固生涯發展方向,讓他們掌握相關的知識、技巧和概念,作出知情的抉擇。
課程以「青少年發展與介入框架」(Youth Development and Intervention Framework, YDIF)為藍本,從「啟發參與」開始、協助學生逐步「自我認識」、「探索多元出路」,以至裝備「計劃及生涯管理」的知識和技巧,同時讓教師能有系統地在學校開展生涯指導課程和相關活動及信心。
整個課程共有十二課節,分三個階段進行,每課節包括主題引入、小組討論、個人反思及延伸活動等,讓學生能循序漸進地學習、掌握及應用所學的生涯知識與技巧,培養個人生涯發展的動力。
